The Parker Sports Intelligence assessment is a digital product delivered electronically through an access code. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available.
If your access code has not yet been used to begin an assessment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon refund, the access code will be revoked.
Because the assessment is a digital product that is consumed when you begin it, a code that has already been used to start an assessment is generally non-refundable. If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from completing the assessment, contact us and we will work to resolve it, which may include re-issuing your access.
Refund and cancellation terms for custom or institutional orders (for example, bulk codes or programs) are governed by the specific agreement or invoice for that order. Contact us for assistance with those orders.
If you purchased a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and prior periods are not pro-rated unless required by law.
